On June 1, the press conference for the 13th SENIOR and 19th JUNIOR ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS was held in Beijing. Hosted by the Asian Gymnastics Union and organized by the Gymnastics Administrative Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, the Chinese Gymnastics Association, the Guizhou Provincial Sports Bureau, and the Zunyi Municipal People's Government, this major gymnastics event, representing the highest level in Asia and even the world, marks the return of such a championship to China after 14 years. It will also make its debut in western China, landing in Zunyi, Guizhou.

The Asian Gymnastics Championships, a top annual gymnastics event in Asia, also serves as a key warm-up and qualification competition for Asian gymnasts preparing for the Nagoya Asian Games and the Rotterdam World Championships. The event will be held in Zunyi in two phases. From June 18 to 21, competitions in the men's senior and junior categories will take place, with 333 athletes from 24 countries and regions participating. From June 25 to 28, women's events across various categories will be held, featuring 303 athletes from 25 countries and regions. Both the number of participating countries and regions and the total number of athletes have reached historic highs for this event.

It is reported that, as the first top-tier continental gymnastics event to be hosted by Zunyi, the championships adhere to the guiding principles of "fair competition, mutual learning and exchange, and public participation." At present, all preparatory work—including competition organization, venue support, media broadcasting, and logistical services—has been completed. The event will feature a stellar lineup of gymnastics stars, with national team mainstays such as Zhang Boheng and Ke Qinqin all set to compete.

一是以一流的赛场创造高标准的赛事条件。遵义奥体中心完成场馆功能、灯光及体操专项器材升级改造，设置4440个观众席位，规范赛事动线并布设双语标识，配备专业计分及体育展示团队，融入灯光演艺特效，全面符合国际赛事办赛标准。二是以一流的服务提供高标准的保障。组建160余人专项安保团队，完善周边双语交通指引与停车配套；选定3家官方接待酒店，招募186名双语志愿者提供服务；联动三家三甲医院开通24小时医疗绿色通道，赛前7天启动专项气象预警，构建全流程闭环保障体系。三是以一流的配套营造高标准的氛围。赛事配套举办六大主题展会及啦啦操联赛等文体活动；同步推出票根惠民政策，观众凭赛事票根可领取500元全省消费券，联动全省五千余家商户拉动消费，全城营造浓厚赛事氛围。四是以一流的传播奉献高标准的视觉盛宴。中央广播电视总台启用春晚同款A级转播车、16讯道设备制作赛事公用信号，转播规格位居历届赛事前列；精选重磅场次在CCTV5、CCTV5+直播，同步搭建标准化媒体专区，提供一站式专业媒体服务。

First, world-class venues ensure high-standard competition conditions. The Zunyi Olympic Sports Center has undergone upgrades to its facilities, lighting, and specialized gymnastics equipment, providing 4,440 spectator seats, streamlined event circulation routes with bilingual signage, and professional scoring and sports presentation teams, along with integrated lighting and visual effects—fully meeting international competition standards. Second, high-standard support is guaranteed through premium services. A dedicated security team of over 160 members has been assembled, with bilingual traffic guidance and improved parking facilities around the venues. Three official hotels have been selected, and 186 bilingual volunteers have been recruited. Three tertiary hospitals are on standby with 24-hour medical green channels, and a specialized weather warning system will be activated seven days prior to the event, ensuring a closed-loop support system. Third, a vibrant atmosphere is created through top-tier supporting activities. Six themed exhibitions and cultural and sports events such as cheerleading competitions will be held alongside the championships. A ticket stub benefit policy allows spectators to receive a 500-yuan province-wide consumption voucher, involving more than 5,000 merchants across Guizhou to boost spending and foster an exciting event atmosphere throughout the city. Fourth, a visual feast is delivered through high-standard broadcasting. China Media Group will deploy the same A-class outside broadcasting vans used for the Spring Festival Gala, along with 16-channel equipment, to produce the event's international feed, setting a new benchmark in broadcasting quality for the championships. Key sessions will be broadcast live on CCTV5 and CCTV5+, with a standardized media zone offering one-stop professional media services.
